摘要
根据 Reppe原理 ,研究了利用甲酸甲酯使乙烯氢酯基化羰基合成丙酸甲酯的催化条件。通过研究得出 ,在反应条件下作为催化剂主组分的 CH3ONa没有表现出活性 ,反应过程没有丙酸甲酯生成 ;在 Pd( OAc) 2 作催化剂 ,HCOOH为促进剂时 ,反应表现出一定的活性 ,丙酸甲酯的收率可达到 1 2 .0 7% ;以 Ru Cl3 RI N( C2 H5 ) 3构成的催化体系表现出最大的催化活性 ,当催化剂 Ru Cl3的浓度为 7.86× 1 0 - 3 mol/ L,N( CH3) 4I为促进剂时 ,丙酸甲酯的收率可达到 59.0 8%。
According to the Reppe's catalysis principles on the carbonylation of ethylene in homogeneous phase, the catalytic conditions in which the methylpropionate was synthesized by carbonylation of ethylene with methyleformate were studied. A fairly good activity could be obtained by using Pd(OAc) 2 and RuCl 3 under reaction conditions, but not CH 3ONa. The yield of methylpropionate was 12.07% by using Pd(OAc) 2 as catalyst and HCOOH as promoter. The efficient catalytic system was composed of RuCl 3, iodide and amine. The yield of methyl propionate was 59.08% while the concentration of catalyst was 8.00×10 -3 mol/L.
