摘要
目的:了解较长期使用雷公藤甲素对正常大鼠血浆促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)含量的影响。方法:雄性SD大鼠20只随机分为2组连续灌胃7周,其中空白对照组10只:2%丙二醇2mL·kg-1,日2次;雷公藤甲素组10只:2%丙二醇雷公藤甲素混溶液20μg·kg-1,日2次。用酶联免疫吸附实验检测各组大鼠血浆CRH含量。结果:雷公藤甲素组血浆CRH含量高于空白对照组。结论:雷公藤甲素对下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴(HPAA)可能作用机理之一是兴奋下丘脑CRH神经细胞,使下丘脑合成、分泌CRH增加。
Objective:Understand the effect after more long-term use triptolide about the content in the normal rat plasma CRH. Method:20 Male SD rats were divided into 2 groups randomly,and gavaged for 7 weeks .The control group was 10:2%propylene glycol 2mL·kg-1,bid;the group of Triptolide was 10:2% the mixture of propylene glycol and Triptolide 20μg·kg-1,bid. Use ELISA to detect expression level of CRH in rat's plasma. Results:the content of CRH in the group of the Triptolide is higher than the control group. Conclusion:The result suggested that one of the possible mechanism of the Triptolide in the HPAA might be exciting hypothalamus CRH neurons,can cause the content of CRH increase.
