摘要
以交联的聚芳醚酮酮和 2 0 %发烟硫酸合成了磺化聚芳醚酮酮树脂 ,并用于顺丁烯二酸酐和 2乙基己醇的催化酯化。最佳条件 :醇∶酐为 2 .5∶ 1 (摩尔比 ) ;催化剂用量为 9%~ 1 0 % (占酐重量 ) ,反应温度为 1 1 5~1 2 0℃ ;反应时间 8~ 9h,酯化率达 97.5%。经气相色谱分析表明 ,顺丁烯二酸二 ( 2乙基 )己酯的含量高达97% ,而反式异构体仅含 0 .4 % 。
The sulfonated polyaryletherketoneketone was synthesized by reaction of crosslinking polyaryletherketoneketone with 20% fuming sulphuric acid as sulfonating agent and used to catalyze the reaction of malic anhydride with 2ethylhexyl alcohol. The optimum conditions of preparation were obtained: the molar ratio of 2ethylhexyl alcohol to malic anhydride was 2.5/1, the amount of catalyst was 9%~10% the amount of malic anhydride, reaction temperature was 115~120 ℃,reaction time was 8~9 h, yield of the easter was 97.5%. The results of GC showed that the content of di2ethylhexyl maleate to 97% and transisomeride only to 0.4%. The catalyst could be reclaimed easily and used repeatedly.
