摘要
研究了在不同的溶剂和后处理方式下三种 3硝基 N乙基咔唑的单溴化方法 :冰醋酸水稀释法、冰醋酸蒸馏法和 1 ,2二氯乙烷蒸馏法。三种合成方法的收率均在 90 %以上 ,比较了三种方法各自的优缺点 ,认为 1 ,2二氯乙烷蒸馏法是较佳的工业化路线。探讨了还原 3硝基 6溴 N 乙基咔唑的两条途径 :常压法和加压法。收率分别为 81 .5%和 94 .6%。
Three monobromination methods of 3nitroNethylcarbazole were studied according to different solvents used and separation processes: acetic acidDiluted with water, acetic aciddecantation, 1,2dichloroethanedecantation. The yields of three methods were all above 90%. The advantages and disadvantages of the three methods were discussed. It was considered that 1,2dichloroethanedecantation was the best route in commercial production. The yields of 3amino6bromoNethylcarbazole by reduction of 3nitro6bromoNethylcarbazole were 81.5% and 94.6% under normal pressure and 0.2~0.3 MPa respectively.
