Brief Analysis of Professor NIE Li-fang's Experience in Staging Diagnosis and Treatment of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis

聂莉芳教授将过敏性紫癜性肾炎分为急性期与迁延期,分期论治。扶正注意益气药与滋肾药的恰当比例,祛邪时注重清肺通便、解毒利咽及凉血化斑三个环节。认为本病的发生与迁延,与机体的高敏状态、过敏原的存在、上呼吸道的感染、扁桃体炎等诱因,皮肤紫癜反复发作及肾脏损害等多个环节密切相关。因此,治疗中重视改变患者过敏体质,截断诱发因素,辨识肾脏受累的侧重面,分清急性期与迁延期的治疗重心,结合患者个体证候的动态变化,坚持长期治疗等多环节干预。从而达到控制紫癜复发,减轻或治愈肾脏病变的目的。

Professor NIE Li-fang treats Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis by stages of acute stage and protracted stage. She pays attation to the proportion of supplementing qi and nourishing kidney in strengthening body resistance. In eliminating pathogenic factors,she pays attation to clearing lung and catharsis,detoxifying and relieving sore throat,blood-cooling and eliminating purpure.It is con-sidered the occurrence and deferment of this disease closely related to inducement of body high sensitive state,existence of allergens,upper respiratory tract infection,tonsillitis,and recurrent episodes of skin purpure,renal damage. Therefore,she lay emphasis on change of patients＇ allergic constitution,truncating inducement, identifying aspects of renal involvement,resoluting major therapy of acute stage and protfacted stage, combining dynamic changes of patient＇s individual syndromes,insist on long-term treatment.So that we can control purpure recurrence,and alleviate or cure renal lesion.
