To analyze the theoretical content of＂Spleen Governing encumbering＂from deficiency and excess aspects and its directive significance in clinical application of spleen and stomach diseases of pediatrics.＂Spleen Governing encumbering＂refers to mental fatigue,lethargy and hypersomnia,fever thirst with desire to drink in excess aspect and refers to the spleen qi deficiency,and even causing vomiting, diarrhea and producing wind in deficiency aspect. Supplement 2 experiential cases to show the application and guiding role of the theory.
