虫类药药力峻猛,其性走窜,具有祛风、通络、活血、止痛等功效,在临床上应用广泛。根据辨证论治及异病同治的原理,应用虫类药治疗咳嗽、痛证、皮肤病、肿瘤等疾病均获得良效。故在临床诊治过程中,在熟练掌握虫类药的特性功效前提下,适当配伍相应的虫类药物,能较好地提高临床疗效。
