摘要 目的:研究大孔吸附树脂分离纯化脑得生丸中红花的工艺,确定最佳工艺条件和参数。方法:红花水提取液浓缩后过大孔吸附树脂柱,以羟基红花黄色素A的含量为考察指标,对影响羟基红花黄色素A分离纯化的工艺参数进行考察。结果:HPD-100型树脂为红花最佳分离纯化树脂,其分离纯化红花的最佳工艺条件:吸附流速1mL·min-1,最大上样量为5倍树脂柱体积,洗脱剂为30%乙醇,洗脱流速为3mL·min-1等。结论:HPD-100型树脂在所确定的工艺条件下能很好地分离纯化羟基红花黄色素A,为纯化红花的最佳工艺。 Objective:To optimize the extraction and purification procedure of safflower in Naodesheng Pills by macroporous adsorptive resins. Methods:Safflower was extracted by water and depurated by macroporous adsorptive resins,the content of hydroxysafflor yellow A were used as indices of extraction and purification,inspect the factors that may affect the extraction rate of hydroxysafflor yellow A. Results: The optimal conditions of the purification of safflower were as follows:the water-extraction of safflower was depurated by HPD-100,the volume of sample was five times as much as macroporous adsorptive resins with adsorption rate of 1mL/min,30% alhocol was used as eluant and 3mL/min. Conclusion:The optimized extraction and purification procedure is the better one which can provide experimental basis for industrial production.
