摘要
在天然气长输管道建设过程中,燃压机组燃气轮机机型的选择和机组台数的合理配置十分重要。介绍西气东输一线工程燃驱站机组现状,对装有38台功率为30MW左右的轻型燃气轮机采用"1+1"和"2+0"或"2+1"的配置方法进行分析,指出了存在的问题。分析结果表明,在我国目前尚不具备生产轻型燃气轮机的条件下,不宜一味选用轻型燃气轮机。每站的机组配置至少3台,可以分期建设,并留有扩建余地。这不仅直接关系到长输管道能否安全平稳运行,而且对管道输气运营成本影响极大。根据理论和实际运行效果的分析,就以上两个重大技术问题进行了深入研究和探讨。
During the construction of a natural gas long-distance transmission pipeline,gas turbine type selection for a gas-turbine/compressor unit and rational configuration of the number of units are very important.The current status of the units in the gas-turbine-driven stations of the west-to-east gas transmission front-line project was described.The '1+1' and '2+0' or '2+1' configuration methods of 38 light type gas turbines having a unit power output of about 30 MW were analyzed and the existing problems,pointed out.The analytic results show that under the condition that our country currently has not yet made available necessary conditions for producing any light type gas turbines,such type of turbines should not be chosen as far as possible.Each station shall be provided with at least three gas turbines and can be built in phases or stages with space being reserved for the extension project.This not only relates to the safe and smooth operation of the long-distance transmission pipeline but also has an extremely big influence on its operation cost.On the basis of an analysis of theoretical and actual operation effectiveness,the authors have studied and explored in depth the foregoing two major technical problems.
