计划票证与中国“票证社会”——中国传统社会主义社会的一种研究视角

Planned Supply of Coupons and the "Coupon Society"

计划票证是计划经济年代"体制性短缺"的产物,国家通过计划供应的方式来对"生存性"资源进行垄断性分配,因而控制了人们的"生存性生活"。计划票证还型塑了计划经济年代人们的观念、行为甚至深刻地塑造了计划经济年代社会关系及制度运行的方方面面,以至于可以用"票证社会"来指称传统社会主义社会。

The planned supply of coupons was originated in the planned economy due to the shortage of supply.The surviving resources were distrbuted through the planned supply system by the authority of state,thus the daily life was controlled by the state.The planned supply system also exerted profound impacts on people＇s ideas and behaviors as well as the relationships and regimes in the planned economy society,so the traditional socialist society can be called ＂ Coupon Society＂.
