生态文明建设需重视社会性别影响因素

The Needs to Attach Great Importance to Gender Factors in Ecological Civilization Construction

男女平等是我国的基本国策,党的十七大又提出将推动生态文明作为建设小康社会的新要求,此二者间存在着相互促进的关系。因为性别气质的差异、社会性别分工的存在,不同性别对于保护生态环境发挥的作用不同,生态环境变化对不同性别的影响也不同。因此,生态文明建设中必须充分考虑不同性别的影响因素,特别是在生态项目的设计与实施过程中全程纳入社会性别视角,将生态文明建设与推进社会性别平等结合起来。

Gender equality is a basic national policy in China.It had been proposed in the 17th National Congress of Communist Party of China that we should regard promoting ecological civilization as a new requirement for developing a moderately prosperous soci-ety,and there is mutual reinforcing relationship between them.Because there are gender differences in temperament and gender division of labor exists,the role of protecting the ecological environment in gender is different.When there are eco-environmental changes the impact on gender is also different.It is necessary to take fully account of gender-specific factors in the construction of ecological civilization.Especially in the eco-project design and implementation process,the gender perspective should be included throughout to make the gender the mainstream.The combination of gender equality promotion and ecological civilization construction can play a multiplier role in promoting the development of both.
