堵漏装置及堵漏剂在不停产堵漏施工中的应用

Application of loss control device and loss circulation material in loss circulation control under pressure

针对油田管线、压力容器等腐蚀穿孔后采取常规焊补、打卡子等措施安全系数小、可靠性差、有效期短，且停产处理经济损失严重等缺点，研究应用了不停产带压堵漏新技术。这项技术对于低压（≤２ＭＰａ）系统泄漏，可不停产用特殊堵漏剂封堵；对于高压（＞２～４０ＭＰａ）系统泄漏，则可在泄漏部位安装一特殊高压密封盒，并结合泄漏介质特点，注入相适应的特殊密封剂进行封堵。现场应用表明：该项技术封堵泄漏部位的压力范围为１５～３５ＭＰａ，工艺成功率１００％，经济效益显著。

In the light of the shortcomings of the conventional loss circulation control of oilfield pipelines and pressure vessels, a new technique for loss circulation control under pressure is developed and applied. As for the loss control of low pressure (2MPa) system, a special loss circulation material is adopted; as for the loss control of high pressure (240MPa) system, a special high pressure seal box is fixed in the leaking location, and special seal material is injected according to the characteristic of the leaking medium. Application shows that this technique can be used for the loss control of the pipelines with pressure ranged 1535MPa, and good financial profits can be obtained.
