摘要
胜利油田自1966年投入注水开发至今已有30多年历史。截至1997年底,已建成注水站185座,其中离心式注水泵站58座,安装泵268台;柱塞式注水泵站127座,安装泵740台。注水泵的应用经历了三个阶段:1966~1977年为以低效离心泵为主要泵型的初期注水阶段;1977~1986年为低效离心泵技术改造阶段;1987~1997年为低效泵更新和高效泵推广应用阶段。注水泵的管理已由过去的制度管理和目标管理发展到应用现代管理方法进行的系统管理。现已全部完成低效泵的更新改造,离心式注水泵的铭牌效率都在75%以上,平均效率为775%,实际平均运行效率为7586%,均居国内先进水平。实践证明,推行注水泵的系统管理是降低采油成本,提高经济效益行之有效的管理方法,应在实践中不断加以完善和提高。
This article gives a brief description of the
application and development of water injection pumps in Shengli Oilfield in the past 30 years
and more. Lowefficiency centrifugal pumps were used in the early period of water injection,
which were then modified and upgraded. At present, highefficiency pumps are employed and
modern management method are adopted. The mean operating efficiency of the centrifugal
pumps is 7586%. Practice shows that the systematized management of water injection pumps
can bring about a reduction of oil production cost and an increase of economic benefits.
