摘要
水轮发电机定子铁心振动是引起机组故障的最重要根源之一。在研究水轮发电机定子铁心的振动的特性及机理的基础上,分析了发电机运行状态对定子铁心振动的影响。同时,设计了机组集成监测系统中定子铁心振动的分析方法,并利用最优维护信息系统提供的信息共享平台,实现了铁心振动在线监测与分析,获得的监测结果与理论分析基本一致。
Stator core vibration is one of the major causes of generator failures. On the basis of investigating the vibration characteristics and mechanism of stator core of hydrogenerating units, this paper analyzed the impact of the generator's operation status on stator core vibration. And then, the analysis method of stator core vibration in integrated monitoring system for hydrogenerating units is designed. Finally, by utilizing the information-sharing platform provided by the Optimal Maintenance Information System for Hydro-power plants (HOMIS), the stator core vibration online monitoring and analysis has been implemented, the monitoring results are basically consistent with the theoretical analysis.
