摘要 乌鲁木齐石油化工总厂炼油厂在气体分馏装置改造中应用PRO/Ⅱ模拟软件,通过对设备的优化,提高了装置的处理量,改善了产品质量,提高了产率,并节约装置的改造费用。 In revamping of the light-ends unit in the Urumqi General Petrochemical Works, adopting the PRO/Ⅱ simulation software to optimize the equipment, processing capacity of the unit was enhanced, product quality was improved and yield was increased, while the revamping cost of the unit was reduced. Keeping the diameter of the existing deethanizer 1100mm unchanged, and replacing the floating tray with DJ sieve trays, a cost Of 200000 RMB¥for establishing a new deethanizer was saved. The new propylene tower has three sets of surface evaporating air coolers. In comparison' with that ones with 4 sets of wet-type air coolers and 2 sets of after-coolers, the heat transfer surface increased by 30%, energy consumption decreased by 25 %, annual operating cost saved by 64%. The propylene yield reached 33 .06%, being 16 percentage points higher than that before revamping, and the fine propylene purity reached 99. 6 %, reaching national standard of superior grade product.
