新一代大面积焊接壳式换热器保留了板式换热器传热效率高,结构紧凑的优点,克服 了换热面积小,使用温度和压力低的缺点,因而其使用几民管壳式换热器相当。
The new generation large area welded plate-shell type heat exchanger retains the advantages of platetype heat exchanger such as high heat transfer efficiency, compactness, etc. and surmounts the disadvantages such as small heat exchanging area, low temperature and pressure in application. Thus its application scope is almost matched with that of tube-shell type heat exchanger. The plates are manufactured via underwater explosive forming without limitation on area. Now the plate-shell type heat exchangers with a total area of 15000m2 have been made. Configuration characteristics of this type exchanger and its application in catalytic reforming and hydroprocessing units were introduced. Various performances and economic characters were completely compared. It was pointed out that this type of exchanger is one of the most promising heat exchangers with high efficiency.
