摘要
目的:探讨乳腺良性肿瘤手术治疗的临床效果。方法:150例乳腺良性肿瘤患者经过鉴别诊断以及影像学检查,确诊为乳腺囊性增生症30例,乳腺脂肪瘤35例,乳腺纤维瘤85例,采用乳晕切口或乳晕外缘弧形切口进行切除。结果:150例乳腺良性肿瘤皆无原手术部位复发,切口恢复较好,切口瘢痕较少。结论:乳腺良性肿瘤手术应根据病因和肿块大小进行治疗,采取乳晕切口或乳晕外缘弧形切口进行肿瘤切除,不仅效果好,且达到患者审美要求。
Objective To evaluate the surgical treatment of benign breast tumor effect.Methods After diagnosis and imaging, diagnosed 30 cases of breast cystic hyperplasia,breast Lima in 35cases,85 cases of breast fiber used or areola incision for removal of the outer edge of solitary incision.Results 150 cases of benign breast tumor recurrence were not the original surgical site;wound recovered well,fewer scars.Conclusion The cause of benign breast tumor surgery should be based on tumor size and treatment,to the outer edge of the areola incision or excision curved incision is not only effective,and meets the aesthetic demands of patients.
