孟鲁司特钠佐治咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效观察

The clinical effect observation on montelukast sodium used in cough variant asthma (CVA)

目的:观察孟鲁司特钠治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法:将62例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者随机分为两组,对照组予美普清和开瑞坦口服,至临床症状消失后停药;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用孟鲁司特钠,至临床消失后停用美普清和开瑞坦,继续给予孟鲁司特钠,总疗程达12周后停药。结果:和对照组相比,观察组患者临床缓解时间明显缩短,外周血嗜酸细胞数量降低,且复发率较对照组明显降低。结论:孟鲁司特钠结合常规治疗应用于咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的治疗,能显著提高临床效果,改善患者生活质量,值得在临床上应用和推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of c montelukast sodium used in cough variant asthma（CVA）.Methods 62 cases of CVA patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group was given therapy of procaterol and loratadine and discontinued drugs when the clinical syndromes dissepeared.Experimental group was added to montelukast sodium on base of control group,and the standard of drug discontinuance was same to control group,but montelukast was continued to 12 weeks.Results Compared with control group, the various clinical effects and complications in observation group was significantly better.Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with routine therapy used in treatment of CVA,can significantly enhance clinical nursing effect and improve the life quality of patients,so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.
