剖宫产术中发现卵巢多发性卵泡囊肿58例临床分析

The clinical analysis of 58 cases with cesarean section combined with multiple ovarian follicular cysts

目的:探讨剖宫产术中卵巢多发性卵泡囊肿的临床与随访情况。方法:对58例剖宫产术中发现存在有卵巢多发性囊肿患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:卵巢都有正常的扁椭圆形结构,所有病例术后恢复与一般术后产妇无明显差别,经B超监测后一般可明确良性诊断。结论:剖宫产术中发现卵巢多发性卵泡囊肿需要积极进行诊断与治疗。

Objective To analysis the patients with cesarean section combined with multiple ovarian follicular cysts in our hospital.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 58 cases with cesarean section combined with multiple ovarian follicular cysts.Results The ovarian size was the oval-shaped structure,all cases of maternal postoperative recovery with no significant difference in general surgery,after monitoring by the B-positive diagnosis is generally clear.Conclusion The cesarean section found multiple ovarian follicular cysts and need the active diagnosis and treatment.
