大坝安全实时监控和预警系统的研制和开发

Development of real-time monitoring and early warning system of dam safety

为适应新形势下水库大坝安全运行和科学管理的需要,根据国内外水利水电工程建设和管理的发展趋势,研制和开发了水利水电行业的专业管理软件系统——大坝安全实时监控和预警系统。简要介绍系统的主要功能、总体结构设计、数据库设计,以及实时监控和分析预警2个核心子系统的功能。阐述实时监控和分析预警的技术路线以及系统数据流结构,并给出了系统应用实例。应用结果表明,该系统通用性强,实用可靠,使用效果良好。

For the safe operation and scientific management of dams under the new situation,a professional management software system for water conservancy and hydropower engineering,real-time monitoring and early warning system of dam safety,was developed according to the development trend of domestic and international water conservancy and hydropower project construction and management.The main functions of the system,the design of the overall structure,the design of database as well as the functions of two core subsystems of real-time monitoring and early warning analysis were introduced.The technical routes of the real-time monitoring and early warning analysis and the structure of the system data flow were demonstrated,and an application example of the system was given.The test results show that the proposed system is universal,practical,reliable and effective.
