摘要
目的探讨解剖型钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法对16例股骨粗隆间骨折采用watson-Jones入路解剖型钢板内固定治疗。结果随访4～20个月,平均12个月,骨折全部愈合,根据股骨粗隆间骨折的Sanders创伤性髋关节评分评定标准,优12例,良4例。结论采用解剖型钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折,手术安全,固定稳定可靠,术后功能恢复良好。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of anatomic plate in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures.Methods 16 cases of intertrochanteric fractures were treated with watson-Jones incision anatomic plate fixation.Results AFTER the follow-up 4 to 20 months,an average of 12 months,all fractures healed according to Sanders traumatic hip score evaluation criteria,excellent in 12 cases,good in 4 cases and poor in 0 case.Conclusion watson-Jones incision anatomic plate is a better means in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures with good postoperative functional recovery.
