充填式无张力疝修补术并发症及其防治(附34例报告)

The application of tension-free hernioplasty in inginal hernia.

目的分析疝环充填式无张力疝修补术的优点,总结手术经验。方法全部采用美国巴德公司的定型产品行充填式无张力疝修补术。结果 34例均手术顺利,术后并发尿潴留4例,阴囊水肿3例,伤口积液1例,1例术后复发。结论疝环充填式无张力疝修补术是一种比较理想的疝修补术式。

Objective To approach the advantages and summarize the experience of plug tenion-free hernia repair.Methods Plug tenion-free hernia repai in 34cases were performed with hardened products manufactured by American Bard company.Results All the operative procedures were performed smoothly.Postoperative complications were： as follow： 4 cases with urinary retenion 3 with scrotal hydroceles,2 with wound subcatareous hydrops,only one had recurrence.Conclusion Mesh_plug tension-free hernioplasty is a better surgical operation for treating groin hernia.
