结核病防治机构与综合性医疗机构合作对结核病控制工作的效果分析

Effect analysis on cooperation between tuberculosis control organization and comprehensive hospital on TB control in Anhui

目的探讨结核病防治机构与综合性医疗机构合作对安徽省结核病控制工作中的作用。方法通过全球基金项目,利用结核病监测报表来分析安徽省2006年至2008年3年非结防机构转诊到位和总体到位情况。结果安徽省非结防机构疑似肺结核患者转诊到位率由2006年的41.6%上升为2008年的51.8%,肺结核患者的总体到位率由2006年的76.8上升至2008年的90.3%。结论医防合作可明显提高肺结核患者的转诊和总体到位率。

Objective To evaluate the effect of the cooperation between Tuberculosis control organization and comprehensive hospital on TB control in Anhui.Methods Implement the global fund project.Collecting data from the report on TB reporting.Results The rate of referred from general hospital and cases arrived in TB dispensary were 41.2%、44.8%、51.8%.the rate of traced cases by TB dispensary were 68.9%、72.8% and 79.6%.the rate of total arrived in TB dispensary were 76.8%、85.0% and 90.3%.Conclusion Strengthen the cooperation between Tuberculosis control organization and hospital on TB control in Anhui.Understanding increased of the doctors in township and hospital on TB control.Improved the ability to track tuberculosis patients.the rate of referred from general hospital 、traced cases by TB dispensary and total arrived in TB dispensary increased too from 2006 to 2008.
