摘要
目的探讨标本放置时间对MICRO TEST1血沉仪测定结果的影响。方法抽取正常和异常组各30例血标本,放置1 h、2 h、4 h、6 h、12 h,分别用MICROTEST1血沉仪进行测定,并挑选6份标本,每份标本重复检测10次来评价血沉仪的精密度。结果 1 h与2 h测定差异无统计学意义(P1>0.05),1 h与4 h和6 h测定差异有统计学意义(P2<0.05,P3<0.05),而12 h测定结果明显低于4 h的测定值。结论 TEST1血沉仪测定血沉应在2 h内检测完毕。TEST1血沉仪的精密度比较满意,可以满足临床的检测需要。
Objective To investigate impact of erythrocyte sedimentation rate t detected by MICRO TEST 1 in different times.Methods To draw 60 blood specimens anticoagulated by EDTA-K2.There were 30 normal and 30 abnormal specimens respectively.Erythrocyte sedimentation was detected by MICROTEST1 when standing time was 1 h,2 h,4 h,6 h and 12 h.Precision was evaluated by 6 specimens detected 10 times per specimen repeatedly.Results There were no difference significantly between 1 h and 2 h but difference significantly between 1 h and 4 h,6h.Results detected at 12 h were lower significantly than that at 4 h.Conclusion Specimens for detecting ESR should be detected in 2h by MICRO TEST 1.Precision of MICRO TEST 1 is satisfied relatively.
