摘要
目的探讨消化性溃疡治疗中质子泵抑制剂(PPI)联合胃黏膜保护剂与胃肠动力药使用对胆汁反流的影响。方法选取60例消化性溃疡患者为研究组,采用PPI联合胃黏膜保护剂与促胃肠动力药治疗6周;同时选择60例消化性溃疡患者作为对照组,单用PPI治疗6周。对两组治疗前后胃镜下胆汁反流的发生率进行比较。结果单用PPI治疗组60例消化性溃疡患者中,患者治疗后胆汁反流发生率增加(P<0.01),而PPI联合胃黏膜保护剂与促胃肠动力药治疗组中,胆汁反流发生率明显降低(P<0.01)。结论联合胃黏膜保护剂与促胃肠动力剂可明显减少消化性溃疡患者胆汁反流。
Objective To evaluate the influence of the utilization of the PPI combined medical of protecting gastric mucosa and promoting stomach intestine dynamic to the bile reflux during curing in peptic ulcer Methods 60 patients with peptic ulcer were selected as investigation group who accepted therapeutic regimen of taking PPI combined medical of protecting gastric mucosa and promoting stomach intestine dynamic during six weeks;Other 60 patients with peptic ulcer were taken as control group who accepted treatment prescription of taking PPI during six weeks.The incidence of bile reflux between investigation group and control group before and after curing was comparedResults The incidence of bile reflux increase in control group（P〈0.01）;however,in investigation group the incidence of bile reflux decreaseConclusion The incidence of bile reflux increase in the patients with peptic who took PPI only,but the incidence of bile reflux decrease when the patients took PPI combined medical of protecting gastric mucosa and promoting stomach intestine dynamic
