摘要
目的了解宿州市幼儿园在园儿童中各种营养素的摄入状况,提出合理的改进对策和预防措施。方法随机抽取辖区内1所中等规模幼儿园,采用称重法,连续5 d记录在园儿童食物摄入量,计算在园儿童摄入食物结构情况;通过体格检查了解儿童生长发育状况。结果该园儿童摄入维生素C、钙、视黄醇未达到国家标准,脂肪摄入量超过30%。结论托幼机构应加强带量食谱的制定,定期进行膳食调查和膳食评价,合理安排在园儿童膳食,以达到平衡营养。
Objective Present the reasonable improvement and prevention measures from getting the idea of children＇s intake of various nutrients in nurseries of Suzhou city.Methods Randomly select a medium-sized nursery in this area,using weight method,i.e.,record the children＇s food intake in the kinder garden for 5 days to summarize the food intake,and then learn about the general situation of children＇s growth and development through their medical examination.Results The intake of Vitamin C,calcium,retinol equivalents does not meet the national standard while the fat intake is over by 30%.Conclusion The preschool institutions need to highlight the amount and variety of foods while making the recipe,investigate and evaluate the diet regularly and arrange the children＇s diet reasonably in order to get a balanced nutrition.
