摘要
石油天然气钻井过程中用钻井液振动筛来清除钻井液中的有害固相。为了确保钻井液振动筛的制造质量 ,按照国标要求 ,产品出厂必须做动态试验 ,经检验合格方可出厂。大港油田研制生产的钻井液振动筛测试系统动态试验检测项目有 :筛面垂直加速度、水平运动速度、振幅、筛箱固有频率、筛箱前后加速度差、筛箱运动轨迹、噪声等参数。这些参数能够反映振动筛的泥浆处理量和内在质量。它的研制成功 ,不仅能用于检测动态参数 ,还能够寻找最佳的数据组合 。
In the course of drilling in oil and gas industry, drilling fluid shaker is employed to remove harmful solid from drilling fluid. According to international standard, in the case of delivered products, dynamics test must be done to assure manufacturing quality of drilling fluid shaker. After checked, qualified products is permitted to leave factory. Drilling fluid shaker dynamics testing system developed and produced by DaGang oil field can check the following items: vertical acceleration of deck, horizontal acceleration of deck, amplitude of vibration, inherent frequency of shaker box, differential acceleration value between the forth and the back of shaker box, route of shaker box motion, noisy and so one. These parameters can reflect shaker handling capacity and internal quality. Shaker′s developing successfully is not only applied to check dynamics parameters, find the combination of optimum parameters and can provide reliable basis for designing shaker.
