网络成瘾青少年体育干预之行动研究

Action Research on Sports Intervention of Internet Addiction Youth

近日非法网戒机构致使"网瘾"少年殒命,"网络成瘾"话题争议四起,造成众多家长心理恐慌和极大压力。而相关课题的理论研究和实践研究滞后,有效干预途径尚在探索。面对实际问题,采用行动研究对网络成瘾青少年进行体育干预实验。结果:(1)体育干预对于青少年网络成瘾一般问题、尤其是由于亲子沟通障碍引起的网络成瘾问题的干预效果明显;(2)行动中,拓展训练、远途旅行、游泳、网球、篮球、轮滑等是最有效的干预项目;(3)青少年网络成瘾问题并不是"洪水猛兽",家长切勿病急乱投医。

Recently,Illegal Organization caused ＂Net Addiction＂ juvenile perish,＂Internet addiction＂ topic convoluted controversy,causing panic and great psychological pressure among parents.And the theoretical research and practical research of related topics lags behind,effective interventions is still explored.Facing of the real problems,use action research on sports intervention experiments on internet addiction youth.Results：（1） Sports interventions has demonstrable effect on internet addiction youth in general,particularly on those who are internet addictions because of barriers to parent-child communication problems;（2） Outward Bound,long-haul travel,swimming,tennis,basketball,Skating are the most useful items to them;（3） Internet Addiction is not a ＂scourge＂,parents should not be Irrational.
