摘要 电子束焊接焦点的大小是影响焊缝成型的重要因素。通过实验分析了电子束焊接栅偏压和阴极发射面尺寸对焊缝形状的影响,结果表明,在保证阴极发射电流密度的情况下采用阴极发射面积和栅偏压组合使焊缝表面宽度减小,可获得良好焊缝形状。同时验证了阴极发射面积和栅偏压是电子束束斑直径大小最直接的影响因素,该结果为适应电子束焊机在单一发射面积条件下适应各种规格材料的焊接奠定了基础。 The size of beam spot of EBW is important factor which affects weld configuration. The effect of EBW grid bias and cathode emissive area on the weld configuration is analyzed through experiments. The results show that under the conditions of guaranteeing the cathode emissive current density, adopting combination of cathode emissive area and grid bias can make weld surface width smaller and obtain suitable weld appearance. Meanwhile it is testified that cathode emissive area and grid bias are the most direct effective factors. The experimental results lay a foundation for accommodation of welding every specification material at single emissive area in using EBW welder.
