摘要
考察了热转化反应条件对胜利和孤岛渣油热转化产品中硫分布的影响。在研究原料中硫、硫醚硫、噻酚硫分布和残炭分布的基础上,探讨了原料硫分布与热转化产品中硫分布的关系。结果表明,在定时(60min)热反应条件下,随着温度的升高(460~540℃),胜利减压渣油热转化产物(馏出物、焦和气态产物)中的硫含量及分布变化不大,且焦的硫含量低于原料硫含量;而孤岛减压渣油热转化产物中的硫含量及分布变化较大,其焦的硫含量高于原料硫含量。这样的差异是由其原料中硫类型分布和残炭分布的差异引起的,渣油重组分中硫和噻酚硫含量高,残炭含量低,则所生焦的硫含量就高。
Shengli and Gudao vacuum residues were thermally treated under nitrogen atmosphere in order to investigate the effect of sulfur types in vacuum residues on the distribution of sulfur in its thermal conversion products.It was found that sulfur content in thermally converted coke had relevance not only to reaction conditions and sulfur content in feeds,but also closely to sulfur distribution and sulfur types in feeds.The higher the sulfur content in heavy resin and asphaltene fractions of vacuum residues,the higher the sulfur content in thermally generated coke is.Thiophenic sulfur and aromatic sulfide sulfur in these fractions were effective contributors to sulfur in coke.
