摘要
采用X射线衍射、等离子体原子发射光谱手段对钙模型化合物在原油、渣油中的灰化产物及高钙催化裂化(FCC)催化剂中钙化合物的类型进行了研究,并对钙在FCC过程中分布的变化进行了讨论。结果表明,原料油中的钙化合物在烧炭过程中形成硫酸钙;FCC平衡剂及待生剂上均存在大量的硫酸钙。
With model compounds,the compositions of calcium compounds have been studied by XRD,ICP AES and compared with FCC catalysts containing highly calcium.Calcium sulfate was found in ashes and FCC catalysts,both spent and regenerated.The distributions of calcium among various calcium compounds in FCC stream were discussed.
