摘要
研究了2-甲基萘(2-MN)-甲醇在快速结晶法合成的Ga-,Fe-,Co-,Ni-,Zn-MFI型沸石催化剂上甲基化反应的性能。结果表明,催化剂表面酸浓度越大,2-MN的反应活性越高;弱酸中心的占有比例越多,β,β-二甲基萘(β,β-DMN)及其中的2,6-DMN的选择率越高。在H-Co-MFI沸石催化剂上β,β-DMN及2,6-DMN在DMN异构体中分别占93.35%和57.86%。
The properties of methylation of 2 methylnaphthalene with methanol on Ga ,Fe ,Co ,Ni or Zn MFI type zeolite catalyst made by a rapid crystallization method has been inspected.The results show that the larger the acid site density of MFI catalyst,the higher the activity of methylation is,and the more the percentage of weak acid site,the higher the selectivity of forming β,β DMN and 2,6 DMN is.The H Co MFI catalyst has a fairly good performance in selectivity of β,β DMN and 2,6 DMN.The contents of β,β DMN and 2,6 DMN in DMN isormers are about 93 35% and 57 86% respectively.
