钢丝绳生产管理系统的开发及应用

Development and application of management system for production of steel wire rope

为了提高企业的生产效率,使生产过程有科学化的管理和运行,文章开发了基于Micsoft SQL Serv-er2000数据库和Delphi 7.0程序语言的生产管理系统,该系统包括系统功能管理、文档资料管理和基础知识管理3个模块。该系统既可以利用成熟的设计准则和已有的数据资源进行快速查询与设计,又可以不断补充新的知识和数据资源,方便对设计文档类资料的统一管理。系统运行界面简洁、操作方便,具有良好的人机交互功能。实践证明,该系统能够满足生产过程中的各项需要,收到了良好的效果。

A production management system is developed based on Micsoft SQL Server2000 database and programming language Delphi 7.0 to enhance the corporation＇s production efficiency by scientific management and operation during the whole production process.This system contains three parts,namely,system management,documents management and basic knowledge management.It helps people make rapid check and design by using mature design criteria and existing data resources,and extend new knowledge and data resources to facilitate the unified management of design documents.The system interface is simple and easier to operate,and has good human-computer interaction.Application results show that the system can meet all the needs of production with effect.
