摘要
妇女在妊娠期阴道流血的因素很好几种，大体可分为两类：正常的病理生理改变和流产。运用B型超声对妊娠囊的形态、大小、位置、胎芽、原始心管及双附件等情况进行观察和综合分析可以判断患者是否流产或属非流产，给临床提供重要的诊断信息，从而指导临床正确处置并提示预后情况。
