无为大堤加固工程建设管理工作思考

Consideration on construction management on Wuwei embankment reinforcement of Yangtze River

无为大堤加固工程作为水利部直接投资的水利基建项目,自1983年开工到2005年竣工,前后历时23 a之久。作为一个水利基建项目,其工期跨度之大和建管工作之复杂是罕见的。在工程建设过程中,始终把加强建设管理和质量控制放在首位,真正做到了内控制度严密、外部监督有力。对无为大堤加固工程中的建设管理工作进行了总结,介绍了管理方法和成效、所采取的质量控制措施,并提出了相应的改进建议。

Wuwei embankment reinforcement of the Yangtze River is the infrastructure directly invested by Ministry of Water Resources of China.The project underwent for 23 years from 1983 to 2005.The long period and complexity of construction and management are rare among the water conservancy infrastructures.In the construction,the construction management and quality control were put in the first place all the way,and strict internal control system and powerful external supervision were conducted really.We summarize the construction management work of Wuwei embankment reinforcement of the Yangtze River and introduce the management methods and effects,the adopted quality control measures and put forward improvement suggestions.
