摘要
传世文献所载商代法律是周秦汉人之看法,所谓甲骨文王"作辟"等三条"刑法"资料纯系讹传,但甲骨文所见"王大令"卜辞或许是商王之"令"的遗迹。
The law of the Shang Dynasty was believed to be recorded in its literatures by the scholars of the Zhou, Qin and Han Dynasties. The three records of oracle bone inscriptions about the criminal law were simply a misrepresentation. But the record of The Great Decrees inscribed in oracle bones might be the remains of the decrees.
