竹浆纤维针织面料开发及性能研究

摘要 在全面了解竹纤维性能的基础上,采用28tex竹浆纤维纱线在4针道单面大圆机上开发出一款新型针织面料,该面料光泽亮丽、手感柔软滑爽、悬垂性好。系统介绍了该产品的编织和染整工艺,并将其与同种规格的纯棉面料的服用性能进行了对比分析,分析得出:竹浆纤维织物的透气性、渗透性、悬垂性优于纯棉织物,但抗皱性略差,可通过纤维改性、混纺或交织等方法来解决。 Based on the detailed introduction to the bamboo fiber properties,this paper develops a new fabric knitted on the large diameter single circular weft knitting machine with 4 needle races by using 28 Tex bamboo pulp fiber yarn.The knitted fabric bears bright luster,soft and smooth hand,and good drapability.This paper introduces the knitting and dyeing technology of this fabric,and compares it with the pure cotton knitted fabric with the same specifications in terms of wear property.The results show that the bamboo pulp fiber knitted fabric bears better air permeability,penetrating property and drapapbility than the pure cotton knitted fabric,but shows worse wrinkle resistance,which can be improved through fiber modification,blending or knitting with other fiber yarns.
