摘要
通过走访调查部分跟单员,发现针织服装企业在跟单中的客户管理方面存在种种问题,主要表现在:针织服装企业客户的管理方式、过程和制度不完善、对客户的分类方法不科学、对产品的开发和客户的满意度水平缺乏重视、客户关系管理信息化落后并缺乏客户预警管理、服务工作不到位等。针对以上问题,阐述了针对性的建议和对策。
Through visiting and surveying some order processing clerks in knitted apparel enterprises,it is found that there exists many problems in the client management including incomplete client management mode,process and regulations,unscientific client classifications,lack of enough attention to the product development and client's satisfaction,delayed client relation management information,lack of client's warning management and incomplete service system.In view of these problems,some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.
