摘要
α能谱测量技术广泛应用于环境评价、资源勘查及地质构造勘查等领域。首先分析了天然放射性核素α能谱特性,然后详细论述了α能谱测量原理。根据天然α放射性核素的电学特性,通过增加电场来提高测量灵敏度,并完成了初步实验。最后,探讨了进行α能谱测量的信号调理电路的要求。
The technique of α-ray spectrum measurement is widely used in the fields such as environmental assessment, resource exploration and geological prospecting etc.. Firstly, the α-ray spectrum characteristic of natural radioactive species is analyzed. And then the measuring principle of α-ray spectrum is discussed in detail. The electric field is used to increase the measurement sensitivity according to the electrical characteristics of the natural a radioactive species. And the preliminary experiment is completed. Finally, this paper discusses the request of signal conditioning circuit in α-ray spectrum measurement.
