Tissue Culture Technology of Woody Ornamental Plants

我国木本观赏植物离体培养工作始于20世纪70年代,到目前为止,木本观赏植物的组织培养已经取得了重大进展。但能通过组培快繁的树木种类还只有很少一部分,约占木本观赏植物总数的10%。从外植体选择、适宜木本植物的培养基种类、激素与其他添加物的作用以及植株再生的步骤和方法等方面,论述了木本观赏植物再生体系的研究进展,并提出了木本植物组织培养存在的问题及发展趋势。

The tissue culture technology of woody ornamental plants started from 1970s,up to now,it had made great progress.But only a few of trees could be propagated by tissue culture,which accounted for about 10% of the total of woody ornamental plants.The research progress on the tissue culture technology of woody ornamental plants was discussed from the aspects of selection of explants,medium types,hormones and other additives,steps and methods of plant regeneration.The problems and development trends of tissue culture of woody plants were put forward.
