摘要
作战能力的形成一般经过物理域、信息域、认知域和社会域,最后反映在对敌作战。文中提出一种对作战能力形成过程进行建模的框架,主要包括确定作战过程中的关键节点、分析影响关键节点间因果关系的外在因素、度量关键节点与影响因素以及形成能力传递函数4个步骤。文中的研究可以加深对C4ISR系统支持作战能力形成的理解,有利于C4ISR系统的评估研究。
Operational capability comes through the domains of physics, information, cognition and society,and finally reflects in the physical domain. This paper proposes a four-step methodology for modeling the operation capability formation, including identifying the key operational concepts, analyzing the factors influencing the causality between key concepts, measuring each key operational concept and intervening factor, and formulating the capability transfer functions. This work presents the role of C4ISR system in the operation, and facilitates the system assessment.
