摘要
对粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)、粒-单细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)体外在骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)患者骨髓造血祖细胞中的作用进行了研究。结果发现:①MDS患者的粒-单系集落形成单位(CFU-GM)、红系集落形成单位(CFU-E)数量明显低于正常人。②G/GM-CSF体外可明显刺激MDS患者的CFU-GM数量增加,且在一定浓度范围内其作用呈正相关性,只有高浓度的G/GM-CSF才能促进CFU-E数量的增加。
