为改变保健与临床相分离的状态，使其在较深层次上有机结合起来，开拓有特色的妇幼卫生服务市场，作者就目前我国妇幼卫生工作的现状，阐述了走保健与临床相结合之路是医学模式转变的需要，只有实行保健与临床相结合，发展有特色的妇幼卫生服务技术，妇幼保健机构才能在竞争激烈的医疗保健市场中站稳脚跟。
In order to change
the situation of separating health with clinic and open up distinctive MCH service market,
acoording to the present situation of MCH in China, the authors think that combining health with
clinic is necessary for changing the medical model. In order to stand firm in medical health market
for MCH organization, the health must be combined with clinic and distinctive MCH service must
be opened up.
