活塞式空气压缩机在生产中,由于活塞往复运动、工况振动、磨损等原因导致其巴氏合金导向面损坏,本文针对活塞导向巴氏合金容易脱壳的原因,进行了分析研究,指出了提高巴氏合金再生质量的方法,分析了巴氏合金浇注的常见质量缺陷,并提出了防止巴氏合金脱壳的措施方法。

In this paper,the reason that piston-driven Babbit easy to shell is analyzed.It points out the method to improve the quality of renewable Babbit and analyzes common quality defects for the cast alloy of Pap,proposing the preventive measure for Babbit shelling.
