黄铜带材精轧机电机的技术改进

Technical Improvement on Motors for Finishing Mill of Brass Strip

摘要 黄铜带材精轧机配用的电机在能耗、产能和产品精度控制方面存在明显不足,通过分析查找原因,用Y型电机替代YCT电机,用变频器对Y型电机进行调速控制,用PLC技术使黄铜带材的厚度测量仪测得的数据与变频器形成动态反馈调整。技术改进后降低了能耗、提高了单台轧机的产能、带材厚度公差明显缩小、轧机运行更加平稳。 There are some obvious shortcomings in energy cost,production capacity and product precision control for motors equipped for the finishing mill of brass strip.The reasons are analyzed,and Y type motor is used instead of YCT motor,and its speed is regulated with frequency inverter.The PLC module is used for the dynamic feedback between the inverter and the data obtained by thickness measurer of brass strips.After technical improvement,the energy cost is reduced,the production capacity of a single mill is enhanced,the thickness deviation of strips is reduced apparently,and the mill works more smoothly.
