摘要
文章立足食品化学与理化检验教学的实际,深化食品化学与理化检验教学改革,调整改进食品化学与理化检验课程教学,实现"多样化、分层次、开放式"的教学模式以及自主学习与教师辅导相结合的学习方式,建立了多媒体实验课件辅助和有特色的实践型教学方法。
According to development characteristics, the requirements of the course Food Chemistry and Physical and Chemical Testing need to be adjusted and improved with further reform. This paper studied the realization of "versatile, muhi-layer, open" teaching mode and teaching methods of self study with teacher's assistant, and the implementation of multimedia assisted practical teaching methods.
