消旋卡多曲联合四君子合剂治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻疗效观察

Effect Observation of Combination Therapy of Racecadotril and Sijunzi Mixture in Infantile Autumn Diarrhea

目的:观察消旋卡多曲联合中成药四君子合剂治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将2009年10月至12月来我院就诊的98例秋季腹泻患儿随机分为两组,对照组49例用蒙脱石散加妈咪爱治疗,观察组49例给予消旋卡多曲颗粒1.5mg/(kg.次),3次/d,并加用中成药四君子合剂治疗,1岁以上10mL/次,1岁以下5mL/次,3次/d,治疗3d后对比两组的疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为93.88%,对照组总有效率为77.55%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.08,P<0.05)。结论:消旋卡多曲联合中成药四君子合剂治疗小儿秋季腹泻疗效显著,未发现明显不良反应,安全性好。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of racecadotril and Sijunzi mixture in treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea.Methods：Ninety-eight infantile autumn diarrhea who received outpatient therapy from October to December 2009 were divided randomly into an observation group and a control group.The infants of 49 cases in the control group accepted treatment with Montmorillonite powder and Medilac-vita.The observation group of 49 cases accepted treatment with Racecadotril,with a dosage of 1.5 mg/kg,three times a day and Sijunzi mixture,with a dosage of 10 mL,and those below 1 year old with a dosage of 5 mL,three times a day.The curative effect and total efficiency were observed after three days.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.88% while that of the control group was 77.75%,therefore,the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：The curative effect of racecadotril and Sijunzi mixture for infantile autumn diarrhea is significant and safe,with no adverse effects found.
