摘要
目的观察细辛提取物对多种疼痛模型的影响,探寻其替代吗啡镇痛的可行性。方法选取昆明种小鼠或Wistar大鼠,采用小鼠热板法、小鼠扭体法、小鼠温浴法及大鼠甩尾法等4种实验方法 ,各种方法在动物选取后均随机分为5组:对照组,吗啡组,低、中、高剂量细辛组,观察不同剂量细辛提取物对动物疼痛的影响,并与对照组、吗啡组进行比较。结果实验前5组动物基础痛域测定均无差异;4种实验结果表明,细辛提取物与吗啡组相比镇痛作用起效较慢但作用维持时间长。在扭体法实验中,细辛3个剂量组及吗啡组均产生了明显的扭体抑制,其中高剂量组与吗啡组扭体抑制率均达100%。结论细辛提取物具有显著的镇痛作用,可将其作为三阶梯镇痛中替代吗啡的选择药物。
Objective To observe the analgesia effect of asarum extract on several pain model of experimental animals,and explore the feasibility of substituting asarum extraction analgesia for morphine analgesia.Methods Kunming mice or Wistar rats were selected as experimental animals, and the pain models were established using mouse hot plate, mouse writhing, mouse warm bath and rat tail flick methods.Experimental animals of different pilot methods were all randomly divided into 5 groups (control group,morphine group,low,medium and high dose groups of asarum extracts) based on taking agents (saline,morphine and asarum extracts).The efficacy of analgesia was evaluated by pain threshold (latent period of pain reaction),and the times of writhing reaction were observed particularly.The basic pain threshold of different groups before taking drugs had no significant difference.The impact of asarum extract on pain was observed and compared with control group and morphine group.Results Compared with control group and before treatment,obvious analgesia effect was acquired in all asarum extract groups of several doses and morphine group,but the analgesia role of asarum extract had features of slower onset and long maintaining duration compared with morphine analgesia.The mice writhing reaction was all significantly inhibited compared with control group, and inhibition rates reached to 100% in high dose of asarum extract group and morphine group.Conclusions Asarum extract has a significant analgesia effect.As a choice, asarum extraction analgesia in stead of morphine analgesia is feasible in three steps and ladders analgesia.
