摘要
采用木质素磺酸盐与甲醛、伯/仲胺通过Mannich反应制备了一系列木质素磺酸盐Mannich碱钻井液处理剂,利用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,通过室内实验考察了木质素磺酸盐Mannich碱对水基钻井液黏度、切力和滤失量等因素的影响。结果显示,该类化合物在水基钻井液中具有增黏和降滤失作用,并且其性能与Mannich碱结构单元中胺甲基上的取代基链长密切相关,呈现出了一定的规律性变化,部分木质素磺酸盐Mannich碱具有一定的抗温性。
A series of drilling fluid agent lignosulfonate Mannich alkali was synthesized by Mannich reaction with the materials of lignosulfonate, formaldehyde and primary / secondary amine, which was characterized by infrared spectra. Laboratory experiments show that this compound has the abilities of viscosifying and reducing filtration, and its properties are related with the length of substituted chain at the methylamine of Mannich alkali unit. As well as part of the lignosulfonate Mannich alkali has the ability of high-temperature resistance.
