摘要
为解除水平井无固相PRD钻井液中聚合物对储层造成的损害,研究了利用氧化剂作破胶剂降解聚合物的可行性,实验结果表明,过硫酸盐类氧化型破胶剂能够较好地降解聚合物,有效解除聚合物对储层造成的污染。并对过硫酸盐类氧化型破胶液的组成、评价方法和性能进行了研究。介绍了破胶液施工工艺和应用情况,最后分析了氧化型破胶液存在的主要问题。
In order to remove the reservoir pollution through polymers in solid-free weak gel drilling fluids in horizontal wells, the feasibility of polymer degradation was studied by using oxidant as gel breaker.The results showed that the persulfate, an oxidation-type gel breaker, could effectively degrade water-soluble polymers and avoid polymer polluting the reservoir. Composition, evaluation methods and performance of the breaker fluid were studied. The operation technology and application of the breaker fluid were introduced. Finally, shortages of breaker fluid were analyzed.
